Klover Asia is immensely proud to have been shortlisted as an award nominee for Programme Excellence under the AM.EI (Academic Medicine Education Institute) Golden Apple Awards 2018. 

The Programme Excellence Award celebrates distinctive educational programmes in SingHealth and Duke-NUS Medical School across the various healthcare professions for applying best practices in education philosophies and following a scholarly approach. Programme excellence refers to the creation or improvement of a curriculum or pedagogy leading to high quality teaching and learning. [Source: https://www.academic-medicine.edu.sg/amei/gaa2018]

Evidence-based outcomes reflecting the efficacy of the nominated programmes is a key criterion of the award. 

Klover Asia had, from 2017 to 2018, driven a project with KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) to design and tailor a unique mentoring and coaching programme, Inter-Professional Education and Mentoring Programme for VTE (Venous Thromboembolism).

An integral part of the pilot programme centred on capacity-building of the participants for effective mentoring and coaching interactions to achieve the overarching programme objective of enhanced patient safety.
