Klover Asia Goes to West View Primary School

On Thursday 23 February 2017, Klover Asia was invited to carry out the workshop on Ethical Leadership for West View Primary School, because the school leaders firmly believe that ethical behaviour is essential to positive leadership, and want to groom students with good character to be future contributors to society. What better way is there to achieve this goal than to start young?

Almost 90 upper primary student leaders attended the afternoon session and were introduced to the concept of ethical leadership and its central role in guiding their day-to-day activities both in school and in their personal lives. The workshop content was customised to the school values, and to the prefects’ roles in overseeing the safety, environmental and hospitality aspects of West View Primary School in relation to both their peers and to external guests who visit the school.

Klover Asia is scheduled to conduct a second workshop for this group of student leaders later in April, which will expand on the foundation and the knowledge of the first session.
